1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or German public holidays.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

We ship to all locations within Germany.

Orders are shipped using reliable domestic carriers.

International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)

We offer shipping to most European countries and many international destinations.

Available shipping options and costs will appear at checkout based on your location.


3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Within Germany:

Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost: Displayed at checkout.

Within the European Union:

Delivery time: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

International (Non-EU):

Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier operations, weather, or peak seasons.


4. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Outside the EU)

For international (non-EU) orders, import taxes, customs duties, or local fees may apply.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

MyBeautyStars is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

MyBeautyStars is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may need to pay additional shipping fees to resend it.
